2010-2011 Season

• The 2010 Procedural Manual - Stop.  Read these.  All Vendors are responsible for reading and understanding these in there entirety!    There are no changes this year to the Procedural Manual. Instead the Board will make an announcement at the AGM about a new Committee to work on giving the Board input on policies for the New Permanent Home Initiative. 
  
  
• Vendor Applications - All returning vendors and new vendors who wish to have an assigned space for the Outdoor Summer Market (starting on Victoria Day Weekend), must fill in and submit this annual Vendor Application Form by our AGM, March 18.  If you are unable to use this web-based application, please email me to request a print version.
  
  
• Food Vending Checklist - All vendors selling ANY food product must read the Guidelines for Public Markets and fill in the Wolfville Famers' Market Food Vending Checklist.  Some vendors will also need to apply for a Temporary Event Food Permit, but to determine this will need to read the Guidelines.  If you need to be in touch with the Food Safety Specialist, you can contact Don Wile, 679-6013, This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .
  
  
• Member Applications - Please read the Procedural Manual in the Vendor Application Package for the criteria on who can apply to be a Member of the Wolfville Farmers' Market Co-op. If you are already a Member, having been approved as a Member, and having paid your $100 share fee, there is no need for you to apply again.  Members please bring your $20 Membership fee to the AGM (or give to me at the Market).    If you are not already a member, are eligible, and wish to apply for membership, download the Member Application, fill it in, and either email it to me, or bring it to the AGM by March 18.
